Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, a deposit is required to commence work, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the consultation process. Late payments may be subject to additional charges as outlined in your agreement.

Changes and Modifications

Any changes to the project scope requested by the client after work has commenced may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All change requests must be documented in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.

Warranties

We provide warranties on our workmanship and materials as specified in your project agreement. Warranty terms vary depending on the type of service and materials used. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.

Nest Living Renew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific project agreement from which the claim arises.
